hi my name is philip latka i'm from sydney australia and i came here to bidc a couple of months ago because i've had not taking a very good care of my teeth for quit awhile i'm very skeptical of dentist i actually have been pathological fear of them but i can honestly say that i'am completely happy

with my whole experience here in bidc my entire experience has been tremendous the staff all the way from the people at the front desk they greet you and take all the information make you feel very welcome no matter what your problem is and believe me i have a lot of them very kind very caring all the way through to dental staff and follow of all staff

they tell you what exactly what there going to do they tell you how much gonna cost what is going in detail and they do it and folow up probably the thing i like the most about bidc here they have a very hollistic approach to the treatment is not just coming in put in a filling or crown and off you go they take it as a part of your well being

cause obviously smile your mouth is key part i have been absolutely happy the holistic outlook also the fact that the staff here absolutely topnotch they equipments is fantastic the facility wonderful the fact that the staff share information so readily really means a lot to me as a engineer this type of things really are important that one person knows the other

person what there doing each one of my specialist here as been able to know exactly as the other has done in real time and here the facts with the treatment has done for me the treatment has been basically painless which is been wonderful and like i said the caring also of the staff has probably been on top of everything the thing has made the tremendous experience for me

again i realize that in real person you feel pain you feel scared and they take you feel that journey i would not hesitate to recommend bidc and like i said all the staff all the way from the people who greet you to do your x-ray to do your impression and following up with you
