capping of teeth is painful

i'm doctor buck and if you are here it isbecause you have a piece of food stuck in teeth or floss stuck in teeth. well whateverthe situation i got a set of instruction to help you get it out to help you get by. firsttake a piece of floss, tie a knot or two in it snap it between you teeth and thread itback and forth until you dislodge the item free. the second thing you can do is go tothe store and buy a floss threader. take the floss, thread it through the threader. thentake the threader and thread it through the teeth. then pull to dislodge the item free.if those didn't work you can go to the store, buy a proxabrush, put it between the teeth, move it back and forth until you dislodge the food. well did you get it out? i hopeyou did. but if you didn't it might be for

a few reasons. first, because the food isreally well lodged between your teeth. in that case you need to get in to see your dentistso they can get it out. two it could be because you have a dental infection. somtimes thatfeels like you have food stuck in teeth. also, you would need to get in to see your dentist.three, it could be that you worked at dislodging it free so much bruised your gums and thatwill also make you feel like you have floss stuck in teeth. well i hope you got somethingout of this video. if you did like it so it can boost the video and others can get thesame help. also, comment below what it is that you pulled out of your teeth. see youlater.
