so, i’m going to stage the teeth now forthe dental acrylic. i’m looking for its viscosity to be, it’s better to err slightly runny and stirit for a beat and it will like densen up the molecules alltogether. basically what this one does is it melts. the monomer melts the little bits and then they will stick all together and that’s where the plastic comes from. so now i’m going to just pour this downin here,

and i always angle my mold a little bit. and then in. and right into the pressure pot. and so if some burps up like this, it cameup out of the vent, you just cut that off a little bit and flattenit out. keep the top clean. then in. so i’ll bolt it up, up top. now you have no time, you have to go.

so everything must wait. even tightness on these. i had this already preset to 40. it will be in here for about 20 minutes and it’s right now at 25 psi and climbing. most dental applications you’re going tobe running 30-40 psi tops. so, there’ll be some hissing air. and this is a good way to know you’re done. like i had saved my cup.

when that makes that kind of noise you’repretty safe. here we go. now i check the edge. it’s cured. it’s thin right there so it’s probablyjust fine. i’m going to ease around and check the flashis the next cue. so i touch the flash that i had cast in there,right in here. that little piece of flash, and that’s hard. that tells me they’re done.

alright, they turned out good. that’s the first part. so i’m going to open up the next one. same thing. pull it around, check the flash. since i know it’s the same batch, it's fine. but it’s a good habit to get into. and when you pull them out, you want to make sure when you pull them outthat you don’t

bend and rub the teeth all up through themold. so when they come out they should come straightout and not like a big weird thing like that orsomething. so these look good as well. the next step is to get this flash off thatwe just put on there. a lot of the times with the pva, it’s thiseasy. now, it can not be that easy if you don’tpva it. this stuff will be fused. so i’m just going to peel off any of thethin bits that are around the back.

as much as i can get. and that’s pretty much where i’m goingto stop for now on the clean up.
