hi, this is dr del kyger today we're going to be talking about itkind of orthodontic treatment called canine substitution one of the most common teach for peopleto be missing is an upper lateral incisor this patient here is missing her upperright lateral incisor there are basically two treatmentchoices in this kind of situation you can either open up a tooth sizedspace which the dentist will later fix with an implant or a bridge or you can close the space up
