at the university of wisconsin we knowthe key to ending childhood cancer is teamwork. from doctors and nurses to researchers and patient families, we all work together as a team to save kids’ lives. each day, 43 kids in the united states are diagnosed with cancer. that's 43 kids will have to face a fight more painful than they ever imagined. for the past 50 years, the uw has been at the forefront in the fight against childhood cancer. from performing the first successful bone marrow transplant to helping establish immunotherapy as a promising new treatment approach, our team is leading the way to end childhood cancer.


currently, 600 kids are fightingcancer under uw's care. with the passion and expertise obtained through decades of hard work and dedicated research, we help guide families through thisincredibly challenging and scary experience. our team works tirelessly towards our vision of turning cancer into a treatable illness. the possibilities for research and treatment of childhood cancers are limitless and with your help we can break through to the next generation of cancer treatment. the university of michigan has challenged wisconsin to see who can raise the most money for childhood cancer research in the month of september. donate today, join our team and help us
